About cancellation
Please note that since the products on this website are produced to order, we cannot provide customers with convenient services such as canceling or changing order content.
If you do wish to cancel, a cancellation fee of 20% of the invoice amount will be charged.
(Cancellation requests apply to orders placed before the product ships.)
About returns and refunds
We do not accept any returns or refunds for customer convenience once the product has been delivered.

About individual differences
Each doll is handmade. Body makeup and facial makeup are also done by hand, so individual differences are inevitable.
Therefore, the makeup looks posted on the website may not be exactly the same.
About bleeding
Bleeding refers to the sweat the doll produces regularly, with water droplets appearing on the surface. It may occur more frequently especially on days when temperatures rise or humidity rises rapidly.
Wipe off with a damp towel and sprinkle with baby powder to smooth the skin again. Then, avoid direct sunlight and high temperatures, and store in a well-ventilated place.
About the grip
The initial settings are a bit firmer. Don’t worry, it will soften with increasing frequency of use. Also, the initial grip doesn’t last forever.
Note that grip strength may decrease due to fatigue.
About color transfer
If you dress a doll in colored clothing, the color may transfer to the doll. If you think the color may transfer, be sure to wash it a few times before wearing it to ensure the color doesn’t fade. Also, if left for too long, it will be difficult to remove.
